On October 3, 2017, the JCO of Northern Bergen County kicked off their 2017-18 year at their annual Membership Breakfast. Over 75 women gathered at a member’s home in Upper Saddle River to catch up with friends over breakfast and learn about upcoming social events, fundraisers and service projects.
During the month of October, the JCO collected gently used and new socks to donate to Knock Knock Give A Sock, an organization that helps the homeless by giving them the least donated article of clothing: socks. Breakfast attendees generously donated several pairs of socks in support of the drive.
